Werneth School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, innovative subject leader for our modern foreign languages department.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking school at a new stage of development. The successful candidate will be an outstanding leader and communicator who is able to inspire students to achieve the highest outcomes.
OUR LANGUAGES DEPARTMENT
- Housed on the middle floor of our building in a suite of classrooms with modern equipment and a central resource area for teachers.
- A team of 4 teachers including Subject Leader
- Supportive colleagues.
- Many extra-curricular opportunities including foreign visits.
- French taught to all students in Key Stage 3 with some students beginning their study of Spanish in Year 9.
- GCSE French and Spanish offered to all students.
- An exciting opportunity to offer a fresh impetus and direction for the department with new ideas.
