We invite applications to join our Senior Leadership Team at The Kingsway School, with specific responsibilities continuing to develop the curriculum. This is an exciting opportunity to develop yourself as a leader, and lead significant aspects of our quality of education at the school.
The school is a member of Education Learning Trust - a local MAT incorporating two secondary schools and three primary schools. The MAT is extremely supportive of our school and its journey, and provides significant capacity to improve and develop its leaders.
The leadership team consists of the headteacher, three deputy headteachers, four assistant headteachers including this position), a SENCO and the school operations manager.
